If cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to check-in, a full refund will be issued.
If cancellation is within 7 days, no refund will be issued.
Refund Procedure
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Processing time may vary by bank or payment gateway.
No-Show / Early Departure
In case of no-show or early checkout, no refunds will be given for unused nights.
Exceptional Circumstances
In case of natural calamities or emergencies, management may offer credit or refunds at its discretion.
